Ted Kennedy's Senate Seat

With the passing of senator Ted Kennedy, there is an open seat in the senate that the democrats need to keep their filibuster-proof majority. It remains to be seen whether or not the democrats will follow the Massachusetts law they pushed through regarding vacant senate seats. Back when there was a republican governor in Massachusetts, the democrats pushed a law through that says a special election must be held for a vacant seat and the governor is not allowed to appoint a replacement. They did this specifically to prevent a republican appointee from filling the seat. Now that there is a democratic governor and their 60-seat majority is crucial to keeping their stranglehold during times when their popularity is waning, I expect they will try to change or break the law to suit themselves once more. They want the governor to appoint a democrat to the seat. They do not want a special election because they would probably lose, thanks to the growing number of Americans who are waking up to realize that the democrats are not working for them.

Obama and Holder out for Political Lynching

It is no surprise to me that obama and eric holder are going back on a promise they both made. In January they said they would not seek to criminalize policy differences between their administration and theoutgoing (Bush) administration. Just yesterday eric holder appointed a special prosecutor to begin a criminal investigation into terrorist interrogations done by the CIA under the Bush administration. This does not surprise me for two reasons: Both obama and holder are friends of and support terrorists, and they are both liars. Liberals are very quick to forget that terrorists have declared war on us, and those interrogations saved countless American lives and resulted in many terrorists being stopped. This just another example in a long and growing list of reasons why more and more Americans are beginning to wake up and realize that the obama administration is dangerous to our country. Every day they are in control we are more vulnerable to terrorists.

Cash for Clunkers - A Clunker of a Program

The poorly designed, poorly run, over budget program will finally be put out of its misery today. This program was touted to be a great shot in the arm for the auto industry and the economy. At best it provided some temporary artificial numbers boost to provide obama and democrats more "talking points" for their disinformation overdrive. The program is hurting the used car market and the salvage market. The cars that are traded in under this program are rendered useless by mandate. They can't be resold in the used car market, and many salvage companies won't touch them because the most valuable part of the car is destroyed. To make things worse, the dealers have so far been stuck with thousands of these worthless cars, waiting to be reimbursed by the government. This program, coupled with the socialist grab of the American auto industry and its politically driven agenda, have only made things worse. Makes me wonder what other brilliant ideas obama has up his sleeve.

White House stops snitch program

Finally, after many privacy and 1st amendment complaints, obama and his gestapo have shutdown the snitch program. This was a program that was setup so people could snitch on other people who disagree with anything obama and the administration are doing and saying about obamacare. They would collect as much personal info as possible about the "offenders", and try to prevent them from expressing their concerns. Basically, censor their speech and opinions about healthcare. Robert Gibbs, White House Disinformation Secretary, said that the purpose for the program was not to collect names, but to "clear up confusion". That of course is a bold faced lie. They have collected and still have a lot of names and personal information about people who hold opposing views from obama and his cronies. It was purely a monitoring program designed to find out who is saying what so they know who to suppress. Just another component to the obama socialism/marxism machine.

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.

Obama-care Death Panels

Obama and his socialist healthcare agenda is full of bad things, one of which is the death panels. Sarah Palin was right on the money pointing this out, even though obama, his radical cronies, and the liberal media ridiculed her saying it was not true. Well it is true, and the dems finally admitted to it today (after months of lying about it). They said they will be removing the death panel provisions out of the bill. Will anyone apologize for wrongly ridiculing Sarah and admit they were wrong? I doubt it, the liberals don't have that much character or integrity. Well we will just keep pushing on, exposing the truth about this terrible agenda the socialists are pushing.

Un-American is pelosi

House Speaker nancy pelosi and Majority Leader steny hoyer are calling protesters at town-hall meetings "simply un-American". Nothing is more American than when regular folks are able to stand up and voice their concerns about something the government is or is not doing. The only un-American parts of this situation are pelosi, hoyer, and the rest of the new socialist government, and how they continue to trample the Constitution and try to trample us.

This really shows how stupid and out of touch these liberal jackasses are with the rest of America. The majority of Americans (Real every day Americans, not obama's hired thugs sent to start altercations at town hall meetings), at the very least have serious questions about obamacare, and they are not being answered. Instead they are being dismissed and called "un-American" by the radical left which has taken over our government.

This also really shows the blatant double-standard set by the liberals. One of their primary tactics on any issue is to drown out the opposition, even if the opposition is in the majority. Not one single time of the hundreds of times that a conservative was shouted down by some radical liberals did pelosi or hoyer stand up and say "that is un-American". Now that real, hard-working, everyday Americans voice their concerns and ask questions in opposition of their radical left socialist agenda, the liberal democrats attack America. The liberals serve radical minorities and themselves, not Real Americans.

I say we keep it up, shout louder, stand up taller. We need to stop this insanity which is destroying our country!

Then a citizen asked, "With no foreign relations experience and having zero military experience or knowledge, how will you deal with radical terrorists?" And "The One" said, "Simple. I shall sit with them and talk with them and show them how nice we really are; and they will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!" And the people said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons into free cars for the people!"

Then "The One" said "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes." And one lone voice said, "But 40% of us don't pay ANY taxes." So "The One" said, "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!" And the people said, "Hallelujah! Show us the money!"

Then "The One" said, "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell your homes!" And the people yawned and the slumping housing market collapsed. And He said: "I shall mandate employer-funded health care for every worker and raise the minimum wage. And I shall give every person unlimited healthcare and medicine and transportation to the clinics." And the people said, "Give me some of that!"

Then he said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas." And the people said, "Where's my rebate check?"

Then "The One" said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and electricity rates will skyrocket!" And the people said, "Coal is dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don't care for that part about higher electric rates." So "The One" said: "Not to worry.. If your rebate isn't enough to cover your expenses, we shall bail you out. Just sign up with the ACORN and your troubles are over!"

Then He said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted. Let's grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches, free medical care, bi-lingual signs and guaranteed housing..." And the people said, "Hallelujah!" and they made him king!

And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers. Others simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like a rock dropped from a cliff.

The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing slowed to a crawl. And more of the people were without a means of support..

Then "The One" said, "I am the "the One"- The Messiah - and I'm here to save you! We shall just print more money so everyone will have enough!" But our foreign trading partners said unto Him: "Wait a minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung! You will have to pay more...." And the world said, "Wait a minute. That is unfair!!" And the world said, "Neither are these other idiotic programs you have embraced. Lo, you have become a Socialist state and a second-rate power. Now you shall play by our rules!"

And the people cried out, "Alas, alas!! What have we done?" But yea verily, it was too late. The people set upon The One and spat upon him and stoned him, and his name was dung. And the once mighty nation was no more; and the once proud people were without sustenance or shelter or hope. And the Change "The One" had given them was as like unto a poison that had destroyed then and like a whirlwind that consumed all that they had built.

And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish, "give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!" But it was too late, and their homeland was no more.

New Racist Activist Judge

So as we expected, sotomayor was confirmed to sit on the supreme court. Even with the abundant evidence of her racist judicial activism, an astonishing nine republicans voted for her. Unbelievable.

Veterans and obama

This week a new law went into effect that extends VA benefits to those service members that have served since 9/11. In his speech, obama makes it sound like he and his administration did a lot of work to get this law passed and paints himself and his administration as pro-veteran. Nothing could be further from the truth. This law was actually signed by President Bush last year. The current administration and its leader have done more to harm veterans than any in modern history, possibly even more than clinton. They continue to push for limiting and/or ending many VA benefits, and even label veterans as terror threats if they disagree with obama and his administration. As a veteran, I am disgusted by obama.

The Question of obama's Eligibility

Seems that the buzz about obama's birth and eligibility are increasing. Personally I don't consider him to legitimately be our president. My opinion is not based on race, religion, or political motivations, but based on the facts as I see them.

First, he has not provided the public sufficient documentation that proves he is a natural-born citizen of the United States, as is required by our constitution. Yes, I know that he posted the image of the 'certificate of live birth'. I have looked at it, and it does look like a Hawaii COLB. I also know that the image bears the digital signature of an image generated by Adobe Photoshop, which is suspicious to me. View the image for yourself in a hex editor to see what I am talking about.

I know that in Hawaii there are two forms of birth certificates. One form is the COLB that obama posted on his site. Until recently (when the Hawaii state officials changed their regulations to favor obama, which is also very suspicious), even the state of Hawaii did not accept this form as sufficient proof that someone was born in Hawaii. One reason is that the only requirement for this certificate is that at least one of the parents is a Hawaii resident. There is not even a requirement for the child to actually be born in Hawaii to get this certificate. Go look at Hawaii's laws on this, I did. The other form is the 'long form' birth certificate, which is the original form filled out at time of birth with all the detailed info including the doctor's signature and everything. This is what the state of Hawaii requires as sufficient proof. So far he has refused to provide this form, which would put the issue to rest. Why doesn't he just provide this? It would be so easy if it really existed. Very suspicious.

Why is obama spending millions of $ on a huge team of lawyers to quietly quash all the dozens of eligibility lawsuits around the country, instead of just providing the proof for everyone to see? Very suspicious.

The story keeps changing in regards to which hospital he was supposedly born at. Even obama's sister said he was born at a different hospital than he did. His own grandmother said to reporters that he was born in Kenya. One of the Hawaii hospitals first published a letter from obama on their website that said he was born there, but they took it off the site after the mainstream story changed that he wasn't born there but at the other Hawaii hospital. So which hospital was he born at? There is no consistent answer to this. Seems like that bit of information would have been nailed down a long time ago, don't you think? Very suspicious.

The libs have made up their minds long ago, or I should say their minds were made up for them, because they are basically mindless. They don't like to do silly things like base decisions or opinions on facts, but just what their liberal dem gods and the liberal media tell them. But these are the facts as I see them which is why I am suspicious of his eligibility.
